It was an intimate, and heartfelt way to say farewell to Coachwerks as our host venue. The wood fire, the acts and all the people warmed and animated the space for the last time being... next one will be at Nightingale Theatre on New Year's eve!

thank you for coming !

Balloons! The audience picked a bird shape made from papers thrown out from a recent house-move - old bank statements, notes, sketches, bills. The bird was stuck to an inflated balloon. At the end of the night we communally popped all of them! Installation by Sara Popowa.
Tamar Daly and Rachel Champion attempted to 'catch the Coachwerks spirit' - and the balloons - in a ongoing movement improvisation at the first half of the night. Marion Deprez was lovely and bossy like a russian cherub as her hosting character :)

Ready for migration..? November

Migrating birds? This will be the last Fresh from the oven at Coachwerks for the time being - next one, which will be an epic New Years Eve special will be held at the Nightingale Theatre.
November's event will be cosy, mainly, and a place open to the new places and directions we are entering at this time of year... hot food, good company, live lights, maybe some balloons, a bang and of course many live acts! Look forward to see you there x

(Acts are still being confirmed, and will be posted here very soon!)
